The service was good, almost everything very clean, every one of the staff members extremely attentive and friendly. During the dining room every thing was excellent, good quality and really handle with care.

This hotel was really centrally positioned and the personnel at the reception were available at all the hours. The beds ended up comfy and the people in the hotel were typically respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was off and on, maybe my mistake using it. Assuming that you are travelling to Kuala Lumpur you have to book a room here. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are very clean. In general everything was professional and friendly.
